Team
We’re a small team that works incredibly well together. We’re all based in the UK and the core team is based together in one office, as we find that gives the best support to our customers. We use enterprise-grade solutions to manage our support so that you get fast, accurate responses to your issues.
Ethos
We all believe in offering support that works for our customers. We want to build long term relationships, and we don’t rely on long-term contracts to retain your business. We take seriously every issue that you raise, and we work with you to implement a proper solution. We know that IT can cause frustration and irritation, so we’re patient and understanding when you raise an issue.
Location
We’re based in Marlow, in the heart of the Thames Valley. Although we solve the vast majority of issues remotely, when we need to visit site we’re more than happy to do so.
