These terms and conditions cover candidate and recruiter membership of worknet. These should be read carefully and by accessing and continuing to use the worknet Site you are agreeing and demonstrating acceptance to these terms and conditions in your personal capacity and/ or on behalf of your company or firm: therefore do not continue to use the Site if you do not accept or agree to them.
We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice, and therefore they should be regularly checked. The continued use of the Site after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by any third party. candidate membership
Market your skills and experience to reputable search firms throughout the United Kingdom. Subsequently, should your background be of interest to any firm they will contact you using the contact details you have given.
Corporate membership (search firm)
a) Free access to the worknet database consisting of executive descriptions and their CV.
b) Free ability to market your firm including your firms logo and company overview
You would also be able to load your company or firm logo onto the Site or permit us to do so, in which case you are granting this Company a non-exclusive free licence for us to display your logo on the Site.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
"this Company" and "we" and similar expressions means executive-i Limited, whose registered office is at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD, with offices at St. John's House, 54 St. John's Square, Clerkenwell, London, EC1V 4JL.

Terms of subscription
Payments and refunds
Candidate sign-up - please refer to our payment terms outlined on the executive signup page. Your subscription will last for a period of no more than 6 months from signup.
Corporate Search firm sign-up - if you represent a search firm, no payment is required however please refer to the search firm signup page for details on how to become a supplier.
Payment terms are set out comprehensively during the sign-up process. Please check you are fully aware and in complete agreement with the fees involved before payment is processed.
Payments are processed using WorldPay, a secure internet payment solution. All subscription fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Refunds
The granting of refunds of monies paid by You to this Company is at the reasonable discretion of this Company. If You believe you are entitled to a refund, You must notify this Company promptly in writing, specifying your reasons for requesting a refund. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund (i) after the period of seven days from the date of commencement of your subscription; nor (ii) within the first seven days of your subscription in the event that you have used your subscription to obtain benefit from the Site, by downloading information from the Site; applying to jobs advertised on the Site/through the Site; contacting companies or other persons through the Site; obtaining an interview for any advertised jobs found on the Site; or finding new employment using information found on the Site.
Cancellation
Your membership will be cancelled should your username and password be distributed or used by others, and we have the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time.
